Exchange/Return Requirements:
Returned products must be unopened.
Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags and blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a shipping carton. Do not deface, alter, or tape the manufacturer's packaging.
When returning an item, please include a short letter explaining your reason for the return. If the item is defective, please explain what is wrong. Also let us know if you wish to exchange the product or be refunded. A copy of your receipt must be included. Properly pack the equipment being returned. We suggest sending your return by UPS or another traceable carrier and that you insure your return sufficiently. We are not responsible for the return of these items.
